Admission Overview

Thank you for expressing an interest in The Narayana Public School. Investing in your children's education is one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime and one that requires great thought.

In order to take your interest for admission forward, we encourage you to make an appointment with our Admission Counsellors and visit our campuses. Our Admission Counsellors look forward to welcoming you to our campus for a tour and providing details about the school, curricular and extracurricular activities.

  1. ) Monday to Friday: 9am to 3 PM
  2. ) Saturday: 9am to 12.30pm
  3. ) Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
  4. )Registration forms are also available in the school.

Admission Procedure

At The Narayana Public School we have strived to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress free application experience.

Rules And Conduct

  1. ) Please fill the application form completely without cutting or overwritting.
  2. ) At the time of admission please submit all the document given in Annexure____ of this book.
  3. ) Payment can be made by cheque and by cash
  4. ) Before taking admission a written test will be conduct on a fixed date and time given by the school in which the syllabus of previous class will be given the student must qualify in test to get admission.In case a student fail to pass the test, he/she can give retest by paying extra fee to school on the date and time given by the school. Interview of the student can be taken after test if needed. Admission will be purely on merit basis ( not applicable for class Nursery)
  5. ) Interview of parents/gardian can also be taken before admission

  1. ) The school admission commttee reserve the right to dismiss any admission without telling any reason. Admission will not be given in any case after seat are full.
  2. ) Admission form will be accepted only upto the mention date, after this date no form will be accepted. School reserve the right to increase or decrease admission date according to seats available and guidelines given by CBSE.
  3. ) Please note that the admission in the school is purely temporary, it can be cancelled if the parants or the student do misconduct in the school or fail to pay the dues of the school. The admission will also be cancelled if the document are not proper or fraud at the time of admission. School will also cancel admission if a candidate fail twice in a class. For student appear for 12 and 10,CBSE can also cancel admission.
  4. ) For taking TC you have to give written application addressed to the Principal and can collect after one week after paying suitable fee provided that all the dues to school were clear.
  5. ) All fee given to school are non refundable, even if you cancel admission this you have to do within 24 hrs after that tax and handling charges will be cut from the deposited money before refund. After 24 hrs no fee will be returned.
  6. ) School reserve the right to increse or decrease fee as per rules and guidelines given by CBSE.
  7. ) Transport charges will be on km basis (distance basis)
  8. ) School diary, Tie, Belt and house T shirt ID card will be provided from school with extra charge other than tution fee. Computer charges and science lab charges and smart class fee may be extra or included in fee.
  9. ) The fee cycle will be Apr May+June July Aug+sept Oct Nov+dec Jan Feb+march Exam fee will be taken one month before exam, transport fee will be taken regular per month and smart class charges will be included in fee. Late fee fine will be rs 20 per day. Fee date is from 1 to 15 of every month
  10. ) Suitable relaxation will be given in the fee for SC ST OBC Physically challenged people as per govt norms. Fee discount will also be given to merit holders, students real brother/sisters and army officers wards and toppers of class.
  11. ) School provide scholarships for toppers and BPL card holders.
  12. ) You can purchase the books of class from any bookseller who sell CBSE books. School has no role in providing book.
  13. ) You must send your ward only in the time given by the school, in case of transport you have to send the ward 10 min before actual time of reaching the cab on the stop given to you by school.
  14. ) Students must be in proper uniform daily with socks, shoes tie belt and ID card.
